Seller retains ownership of puppy and until contracts have been signed at delivery and puppy has been delivered. Seller has the right to refuse and refund any monies paid toward a puppy at anytime and void sale. This is at breeders discretion.

While deposits and payments are nonrefundable, they are fully transferrable to another puppy or adult of your choice.  All amounts paid will be applied towards the price of the chosen puppy/dog with remaining balance, if any, due before delivery of the Pomeranian.
